Payment Terms

Course fees must be paid in full before the first session unless a payment plan has been agreed. We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made more than fourteen days before course start date receive a full refund minus a £50 administration fee. Cancellations within fourteen days receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available after the course has commenced, though transfers to future courses may be possible at our discretion.
